This time of lockdown has undoubtedly presented challenges for many of us. However, there are also a lot of things to take away from it. In spite of the uncertainties that effortlessly tease out our fears and anxieties, there are also many blessings and silver linings. The sweet slowness and simplicity has given me a lot of time for reflection.

As I was chopping vegetables the other evening, I was listening to this podcast and it got me thinking. I drew four quadrants in my journal and filled them in:
What would I like to take with me post-lockdown?
What would I like to leave behind in lockdown?
What would I like to bring back from the previous ‘normal’?
What would I like to leave behind in the previous ‘normal’, pre-lockdown?

I am pleased to say that I have a long list in my first quadrant – writing a blog being one of them. So here I am. I decided to start writing this for both me and you. For me, so that I can make sense of the tangles and jangles in my head. For you, so that I can share things that have helped me on my journey, which I hope will serve you too.
What things will you take with you into our post-lockdown world?
What will you leave behind as you emerge?
Beautiful! I’m so excited to follow your blog. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and light.
