I am a qualified yoga teacher and yoga therapist, and I handle my clients’ personal data with great care and respect. 

I use personal information to contact my clients in order to provide updates regarding any changes in class/appointment schedules, and to discuss relevant yoga practices.

Information I gather might include the client’s name, telephone number, email address and health information (from a health form/questionnaire), which will help me to tailor a specific, effective and safe yoga practice for clients.

I never use any information gathered for other purposes except those outlined above. I will not use information for any email marketing or similar activity.

Cookies are implemented in every site built by Wix, including this one. Cookies are small pieces of data stored on a site visitor's browser, usually used to keep track of their movements and actions on a site.

I use Gmail and email addresses will be stored in my contacts folder. 

In accordance with GDPR, from 25 May 2018 clients may request a copy of any data I may have about them.

I will not sell or pass on any information or data to any other company, business or individual, unless required to do so by law. 

I retain and hold all information gathered securely under the Data Protection Act and in line with ICO recommendations.
